We use many different sites for this all day activity along the Front Range and in Estes Park.  Rock climbing and rappelling offer a challenging, exciting and fun experience for students. It is an exceptional team building activity where it is imperative that students focus and trust each other.

Rock climbing also requires clear communication skills.  We spend the day on the rocks, learning climbing and belaying techniques along with the rules of the rock. Students can choose to be responsible for each other, belaying, checking and re-checking knots, harnesses and helmets, always under the direct guidance of KMAC staff. 

Each student defines their personal successes depending on their experience and skill levels.  We encourage everyone to reach above and beyond what they believe they can accomplish while always respecting the comfort level of each and every student.
