Another option is a three, four, or five-day mini expedition, with a range of elements that can include hiking, map and compass, "no-trace" camping, shelter building, rock climbing, a peak ascent, group process meetings, leadership training, journal writing -- even astronomy. Individual participant reports can be provided upon your request.   This is a great alternative to other outdoor educational yearly trips.

Equipment
KMAC can provide all required equipment. Backpacks, sleeping bags, shelters, cooking gear, and climbing equipment including rock climbing shoes. Students need only to provide their own personal clothing items. Participants are welcome to use their own gear provided it has been inspected by KMAC.
